Using Goodbye Sulfites is very simple. Simply add the recommended number of drops to your glass of wine before drinking. Shake gently, then wait 20 seconds. Your wine is now ready to enjoy!

For other wines/sparkling wines: 1 to 2 drops
Does it change the taste of wine?
No, Goodbye Sulfites does not alter the taste of wine.

Why does wine contain sulfites?
There are several sources of sulfites in wine:
1- Wine naturally contains sulfites, which are produced during alcoholic fermentation.
2- Sulfites are commonly used in wine fermentation to control the growth of undesirable bacteria and to allow alcohol-producing yeast to proliferate.
3- It's a preservative. The vast majority of producers add sulfites before bottling to extend the wine's shelf life and slow down oxidation and fermentation.

Although organic or natural wines contain less sulfites than traditional wines, they still contain tannins and histamines, which can be responsible for certain undesirable effects experienced during consumption. Goodbye Sulfites will therefore have a positive effect even on organic or natural wines. However, it is possible to slightly reduce the amount of product used.
